Jupiter Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring services including epoxy coatings, polished concrete, concrete resurfacing, garage floor coatings, pool deck coatings, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Jupiter, FL and surrounding areas. The specific scope of any project is defined in a written estimate provided before work begins.
All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the condition of the surfaces as observed during the on-site assessment. If conditions are found to differ materially from what was observed at the time of the estimate - such as hidden moisture, additional cracking, or previously undisclosed prior coatings - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised estimate. No additional work will be performed without your written or verbal authorization.
Estimate pricing does not include permit fees, if applicable, or costs associated with moving furniture or equipment unless specifically included in the written estimate.
Scheduled appointments and project start dates are subject to availability. We will confirm your scheduled date in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that could affect the quality of the work, particularly during Florida's hurricane season or periods of extreme humidity. We will notify you promptly in such cases and work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms are as specified in the written estimate or service agreement for your project. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project date, with the balance due upon completion and customer inspection of the work. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as stated in the service agreement.
You are responsible for clearing the work area before our crew arrives, including removing all vehicles, equipment, furniture, and stored items from the surface to be coated or treated. Failure to clear the space may delay the start of work and could result in additional charges for time lost. You are also responsible for ensuring that any HOA or building restrictions that apply to your property are addressed before scheduling work.
Specific warranty terms, if any, will be described in the written service agreement for your project. In general, our workmanship warranty covers defects in the application of materials under normal use conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: improper customer care or maintenance, flooding or water intrusion from sources beyond the floor surface, acts of nature, or conditions that were not disclosed at the time of estimate.
Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer of the materials used and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation where available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jupiter Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the performance of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a service project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific project.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
